 Dear Donor,

My name is Natalya. I am 27 years old. My family is small – my son, Valentyn, 2 and me. Like any girl, I had dreams of true love. I wanted to give somebody my best.

Everything occurred very quickly, and unexpectedly I found myself left alone with my newborn son. The worst thing which happened to me was that my father denied me and threw me out of our family home.

I found shelter in my godfather’s tight and very modest one-room apartment, where we are still staying. My godfather is a wonderful, kind and generous person. Sadly, he is handicapped and can’t walk well.

My life got harder. I couldn’t find a job and grew desperate. But I trust in God and believe He always sends help to His people at the right time.

natalyaonyskivweb     I learned about the CCCI/Chalice Sponsorship Program and before long my son got sponsored. Sponsorship has become tremendous material and moral support to us. We are truly grateful for regular foods and household goods. I have no fear of starving any more. To make our joy complete, we were given a fridge through Chalice Gift Catalogue Campaign earlier this year. We had lacked it so much as we couldn’t store foods that perished quickly, like milk or cheese. I couldn’t even dream about it before.

My life turned out differently from what I dreamt of. Still, I appreciate that the family of God’s people didn’t let me fall down, but lent me a helping hand.

Things have already started to change for better in my life, praise be to the Lord.

We are endlessly happy and feel thankful for sponsorship and true care.

We wish all peace, love, an abundance of God’s blessings. You are in my prayers.

 In deep gratitude,

Natalya
